INTERIOR DESIGN
We start the design process with vision boards to narrow down your style and develop a feel for each room. After we finalize the architectural drawings we will detail the kitchen and bathrooms, specify finishes, and tag the FF&E selections.

We don't take on projects that are purely an interiors scope but are happy to recommend one of our industry partners.

SCHEMATIC DESIGN

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

Floor plan revisions until owner approval is obtained

Complete the Revit model

Produce renderings if requested

Start the finish and equipment selections

CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
Finalize the draft permit set of drawings:

floor plans, roof plan, elevations, site plan, sections, window/door schedules, and assemblies.

Submit for engineering, make any necessary design revisions, and then send the complete set for permitting.

Begin phase 4 - interior detailing

INTERIOR DESIGN DETAILING

Electrical Plan: switching, fixtures, outlets, etc.

Reflected Ceiling Plan: exposed beams, fans, skylights, etc.
