HOME REMODEL
We'll create the as built drawings and redesign your floor plan to open up spaces, enhance functionality, or repurpose existing space to accommodate your family's needs. Do you want to vault a ceiling? Add new windows or sliding doors? Build a new deck? Add a new primary suite?

We can help with that.
CUSTOM HOME BUILD
We can start from a napkin sketch, a list of needs, or an existing floor plan- customizing and designing as we go. There are many, many details that going into a brand new custom home build and we will be there every step of the way, making sure that every drawing is detailed and designed to perfection for your build team. We can also assist with sourcing and purchasing fixtures and lighting.
INTERIOR DESIGN
We start the design process with vision boards to narrow down your style and develop a feel for each room. After we finalize the architectural drawings we will detail the kitchen and bathrooms, specify finishes, and tag the FF&E selections.

We don't take on projects that are purely an interiors scope but are happy to recommend one of our industry partners.

CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS

Permit Set- finalize, detail, and annotate drawings required for the permit set:

Floor plans, Roof plan, Elevations, Site Plan, Sections, Window/Door Schedules, Assemblies

Send out for engineering, revise design if necessary, then send the complete set out for permitting.

(For projects on a tight schedule) - once the permit set is complete we can send out for engineering and permitting while we finish the interior design detailing in tandem

INTERIOR DESIGN DETAILING

Interior Elevations: dimensioned, tagged, and detailed

Electrical Plan: switching, fixtures, outlets, etc.

Reflected Ceiling Plan: exposed beams, fans, skylights, etc.

Finish Plans: detailing surfaces like wood, tile, countertops

Schedules: plumbing fixture, appliance, and lighting schedules.
